Had the opportunity to visit Blue Agave after showing a property close by, and i left very satisfied. Order tacos with a house margarita and it was on point, delicious fresh made tacos and amazing home made tequila on the margarita. Will definitely come back ...

We love hitting Blue Agave up for good food, great drinks and seemingly endless bar talk, if we can get a spot at the bar. One of our favorites to just hit up a conversation with anyone next to us. Great atmosphere, great food, and even better haopy hours-

Cache is amazing, he has always provided outstanding service and drinks. He makes sure that my order is correct from the kitchen every time. Try the caipirinha!

WOW, their cocktails are so delicious no wonder there is a line up to get the table. Menu simple but every dish we ordered was super delicious, and most importantly very fresh. Staff extremely polite and friendly.

I used to come every so often to get some food after a gym workout, but recently because of the excellent service and tasty drinks, this is my go to Wednesday evening spot post soccer / salsa. What keeps me coming back are the awesome specials, the delicious drinks, and the friendly bartenders with excellent service. It’s nice to have a place to just hang out with chill vibes perfect for everyone of all ages. Can’t wait to come back next week!

Highly recommend Blue Agave. We were Totally impressed with the quick service and food. I got jalepeno blackened shrimp tacos that were amazing. Just the right amount of heat without blowing my head off. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and several stuffed in each taco. My husband and I shared a bowl of chicken tortilla soup that was sooo flavorful, full of chicken- even chunks of chicken and several slices of avocado. Plus I love when the owner/manager goes around checking on how things are and also working the tables as needed.

A Midweek Gem at Blue Agave – A Flavorful Experience Worth Repeating We stopped into Blue Agave in Vero Beach on a Wednesday evening, and from the moment we walked in, it was clear we weren’t the only ones craving a midweek culinary escape — the place was buzzing, packed with happy diners and an unmistakable energy. Our server, A.P., delivered top-notch service with a warm, confident presence and an impressive knowledge of the menu. She insisted I try the Mango Habanero Margarita with a Tajin rim — and I’m so glad I listened. It was sensational: a beautifully balanced cocktail that danced between sweet and heat, with the Tajin adding a zesty kick that lingered just long enough to keep me sipping. My wife chose the Honey Pear Margarita, a special made even more impressive by the fact that bartender Nikki makes her own pear puree in-house. It was light, subtly sweet, and refreshingly elegant — a cocktail that felt thoughtfully crafted. We started with the Mexican Street Corn, served on the cob just the way I like it. It was charred to perfection, creamy, and indulgent without being overdone — a stellar start to the meal. For entrees, my wife went with the Short Rib Chile Relleno, generously filled with tender, flavorful shredded beef. Not particularly spicy, but the rich sauce that blanketed it was so delicious, she found herself scooping it up with rice to savor every drop. I had the Drunken Shrimp and Jalapeno Burrito, and I honestly wasn’t prepared for its size — this is a two-meal kind of dish. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the burrito itself was packed with rice, beans, cheese, and just enough jalapeno heat to keep things interesting. It was indulgent and utterly satisfying. The atmosphere? Absolutely a vibe. Everyone was smiling, the energy infectious. What truly set the tone, though, was the 90s playlist — not your average background noise. These were the hits you actually want to sing along to. We easily could’ve stayed another hour, just sipping another margarita and reliving some musical nostalgia. 10/10. Blue Agave did not disappoint. We’ll absolutely be back — and next time, we’re bringing friends.

Chef Eddie is the best!! Wherever I go I’ll order I often try a different meal. Anytime it’s exceptional I’ll ask who’s the chef? 9/10 it’s chef Eddie. He’s phenomenal at his craft. Thank you chef Eddie for sending out amazing food!! You’re the best!!
